Speakage created for IKEA an iOS and Android application for the annual 2012 catalog of their products. This App allows users to facilitate their buying process having at disposal a preview of the products available in the store, virtual notes and lots of information and functionalities will make the users IKEA experience smooth and hassle-free.
Display
Users through their devices can view the application in two different ways:
Landscape: two-page horizontal visualization (just like a magazine)
Portrait: single page vertical visualization.
Browse
To browse the catalog the user can either manually browse through a peel motion or through the arrows or again inserting the number of the desired page.
Catalog
This is where users can see all Ikea products. The contents are divided into chapters that make browsing more efficient. The products are divided into categories and are displayed with a tap.

To write and store notes, the user can use virtual Post-it notes that are saved in the selected section of the dashboard.
Shops
Here you can select your favorite Ikea store and have a lots of information about it.
Shops features
The first feature is the map, with a link to Google Maps, the user can calculate the optimal route to get to the store.
The second feature is represented by the news; here the user can read the latest information or offers concerning the selected shop. A red dot will notify the customer of unread notifications.
The third and last feature is the one that concerns the selection of one or more favorite stores that can be managed through the appropriate section.

In this section the user can find out what the program IKEA family is and has the opportunity to sign up.

There is the "Call IKEA" option which will directly call the IKEA switchboard.
